Stacked on the DMG and short manual PR; merge that first.

Web/index.html: the Plug home page. It has a hero with Download (latest GitHub release) and Read the guide (manual.html), and a pine board with a working MASTER knob. The knob uses the app's taper (0 dB at 0.8, +10 dB at the top), and its bent tack resets to 0 dB. Drag, arrow keys, Home and End all work. Below that are the signal path, six features, the three install steps and a footer.
Light and dark themes; the board stays pine in both, like the app.
Checked in headless Chromium at 390 px and 1280 px wide: no sideways scroll, and the signal path stacks vertically on phones.
Web/README.md lists the page and adds a short publishing note.
